Hatfield Township Residents: We will be back to your home
Starting on Monday, November 14th Hatfield Township will have another crew go through all township streets to pick up eligible piles of branches. Additional branches should not be placed at the curb. The volume of branches became overwhelming for the 2 crews to complete in one week; a third crew will work 8-hours a day next week dedicated to just branch pickup. Thank you for your commitment to recycling and please be cognizant of the guidelines - only branches meeting those guidelines will be accepted.
In the future, please visit the Public Works Facility (2590 Unionville Pike) each 3rd Saturday of the month from 8 am to 12 noon to drop off branches. Try not to stockpile until the end of the year. 2012 will also unveil a recycling center drop off area for branches, Christmas trees, leaves and grass clippings year-round - stay tuned!
