There are three custom neighborhoods at the Southeast end of town, two of which were purported to have been developed with employees of Lawrence Livermore Laboratories in mind. These three mini-neighboods were built at different times, and by various builders and architects
1966-1972. Almond Circle homes are approximately 2300-3100 sq. ft. in size, with 4-5 bedrooms, 2-3.5 baths and 1-3 car garages. Lot sizes range from 13,000-18,000 sq. ft. There is a quarterly HOA fee of $250 which includes a swimming pool and tennis courts.
1975-1999. Pegan Common is a small gated community, right off of East Avenue. Homes are between 2100 and 3300 sq. ft, with 3-5 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 baths and 2-4 garages. Lot sizes from 13,700-16,000 sq. ft. Homes are known as Woodland Estates and has an annual fee for gate security and front entrance landscaping maintenance.
1988-1991. Blossom Circle is between the other two neighborhoods. Homes are 2500-3600 sq. ft, There are 4 and 5 bedroom homes with baths from 2.5 to 3. Lot sizes vary from 10,000 to 16,000 and the homes have 3 car garages. This community has no Homeowner’s Association.

Conveniently located Robert Livermore Park, and Robert Livermore Community Center serve these three neighborhoods.
