The "Truth Hurts" ... with Property Values going down in Las Vegas, would you like Vegas Bob to show you Real Estate?
Vegas Bob is caught between a "Rock and a Hard Place" because Property Values continue to go down in Las Vegas Nevada.
So my question would be ...
Would you still like Vegas Bob to show you some Real Estate? ... or
would you like to wait around like so many others until Las Vegas hits the bottom?

Our market is simular and it is tough fo rsellers...great time to buy though!
Bob - Cathy really stated it well. For me homeownership still matters and that is what I tell my buyers. Nevada and Florida is one of the hardest hit real estate market, all we can do is keep what we doing best - sell real estate :)

Good morning Bob. You are very creative and ingenious and clearly that is necessary in declining markets. However, declining markets always bring opportunities, if you look for them.
Oh, Vegas Bob! I think they should all sit around and wait for prices to hit bottom. Just kidding. Put me in a gondola and I'll buy something!
VB: the people who wait for the market to hit bottom wont know when that happened until you are well into recovery. It's impossible to time! I focus on clients who are looking for a home - the right time to start house-hunting is when you are financially able, are in need of a new place and want to find the perfect HOME.
VB for your sake I really hope they dont keep waiting around! It may be a while.
VB, I completely agree with Andrea #10, but would add that this is a very good time to buy...and anyone who could predict the bottom must have one hell of a crystal ball.

Get it while it's HOT! (Get it, hot?) Anyway, why wait until it bottoms out if you miss your dream home in the process!
VB: There are so many good property opportunities out there for folks. Any one that is a buyer definitely needs to contact you being that you know the area. "VB has the answer about the market in Vegas", how true.

Gotta look at the emotional investment ... not the current real estate market. If you are buying for the long long haul ... 10 or 20 years ... what difference does it make if yur family is happy and you wake up everyday in a place you love!
Our market is similar to yours and while most prices continue to decline, a couple of areas went up 14% in the last couple of months, our retirement villages are hot and I think the bottom is here or near.
Bob, whats the answer? Get a ton of buyers and have me come down for bulk inspections.
Hello everyone and the answer would be YES ... if buyers are still interested in purchasing Real Estate in Las Vegas Nevada this is great! Note: If you purchase a property and the value goes down this year and in 2012 I don't want you complaining too me ...
