I want to say thanks to Jon for his post today about defining moments in our life and how they should not be taken for granted. I try to find at least one thing to be thankful for everyday and hope that you do as well. :)
Defining moments
Every day we awake, it’s a new day. By nature, humans are creatures of habit, generally programmed early, humans act on those instincts. Humans have the uncanny ability to adapt; I believe this is because the way our brain works. The human brain is amazing, I feels important to exercise your brain just like you exercise your muscles.
Defining moments “choices”; they shouldn't be taken for granted. Today is a new day, the mantra of a "defining moment".
Defining statement, appreciate life, respect life, endure life, and you will be able reflect life that is great!
