HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH!!

I'm very lucky to work for a great company that offers so many benefits.  Having all these these tools is one reason why I choose to work with EXIT Realty.

EXIT International Real Estate Corp. has put together what they call Mind Set training Systems with 8 incredible national trainers who have walked the walk.

 

But here is the dilemma.  Agents only have limited resources (money) How to choose?  Our offices operate with seasoned veterans, experienced pros and yes a few newbies.  These trainings are worth way more than the cost EXIT Charges, but it's still cost and agents have to make choices everyday as to what is the best use of their AVAILABLE funds.  We have thought about sending agents to training events in locations not in Colorado.  Maybe a few groups of agents in 2012 can attend training at other locations across North America.   Or maybe we try to do more regional trainings to lower the cost.  Maybe getting more sponsors - though many of those dollars seem to have dried up

We'd love to know how you decide which trainings to promote in your offices.  How do you get agents to realize how important these types of quality education opportunities are to grow their business?
