Here at The Group Incorporated they are very big on statistics. I though it was interesting to not that in our market your odds of selling your home home in the 4th quarter are 50% greater than in the first quarter. The suplly shrinks in the fourth quarter while demand has continued to stay strong. That has held true here in Northern Colorado for over a decade. For those of you who typically "slow down " in the winter remember that its a state of mind and you need to stay positive to gets positive results. There is plenty of activity out there and plenty of business to be had so keep up the pace and tell your sellers and buyers!!!!!

I love your attitude Berin.  I couldn't agree with you more.  Now is the time to really buckle down and pick up the slack that the majority of our Realtor community has left untapped.  Throughout 2007 I have been concentrating primarily on working with homeowners who have found themselves facing foreclosure.  The majority of these borrowers are facing serious hardship and simply cannot afford to stay in their homes.  Through my newly founded company, Homeownership Counseling, Inc. I am able to provide a free of charge, no obligation counseling service to these unfortunate homeowners.  Providing education and analyzing each borrower's unique situation allows us to establish a proactive solution their crisis   The majority of these homeowners require the sale of their home (short sale) in order to avoid foreclosure and  to move on with their lives.  The primary focus of my business is to help people which has led to a significant increase in my overall real estate business.  It makes me feel great helping people and I look forward to a fantastic 2008.  If you encounter anyone who finds themselves facing foreclosure and would like to refer them to a "specialist", I would be happy to assist and of course pay you a referral fee. Congrats on you move to The Group, Inc.
