As the end of 2011 fast approaches many are thinking about nothing but the holidays, me and my team on the other hand are setting our path and working on our business plan for 2012. Without clear goals you can never reach your potential, so start today, start thinking about 2012 and be a strong leader in your business.
Yes... the plan! I've been thinking about 2012 for a good couple of weeks now. This has really been a change up year and a lot has been going on and is coming together for me especially since summer. I'm really looking forward to 2012 and I'm working on the plan to make it happen. Thanks for the kicker!
Todd, excellent advice. Failure to plan is a plan to fail. Have a great 2012.

Todd, I have worked out 2012 yearly plan already and am working on a strong finish for this year! Great motivational post!
Thanks Todd for that reminder. As simple as that sounds, it is too often overlooked. I shall start planning my goals for 2012!
Hi Todd, I like the quote (and waterfall). Back in October I had the good fortune of finding a lead generation tool on another blog within the Rain and it sure will help me to better plan for 2012. I just peeked at my 2011 goals; most of them I have met except the most important one ($$$) so that new tool will sure come in handy.
I'm past the Christmas thing seeing as Costco has the stuff out in July. I am working on my 2012 plan also!
Hi Todd....we all know what to do, it's implementing it where many fall down.. Never Give Up!
Great photo
Todd, I had set goals for 2011 - for Blogging on ActiveRain - and it seems I have achieved all of them - except one, did not get 5 or more people to subscribe to ActiveRain!
So time for me to blog about other accomplishments..And time for me to set my new goals.
Todd - we have to be careful to allow for changes in the market place just as the waterfalls will follow the path it sets under normal conditions when the flood waters rise it overflows its path banks and runs amuck we have to be watchful and have dike building contingencies at hand
