More Clark County houses sell, but they go for less

All indicators are that we will in the next few years still see falling house prices for some 3% -6% more, and then it will come to the stabilization or as we like to say real estate market will hit the bottom. These trends still it is not good for sellers because the house is sold for a very low price and on the other hand is good for the market because it reduces inventory. Most of the houses on the market past couple years are short sale or foreclosure which is, as we all know, not good for the entire neighborhood, but if we manage to reduce the inventory of such homes by selling them to lover price we are killing two birds with one stone, we will see improvement of the neighborhood and the market. Do not worry after the rain the sun always shines.

I Mary-unfortunately these markets take awhile to correct themselves, job creation reducing the unemployment numbers would also help!
