Your VOTE is your VOICE.
There are little less than 1000 homes in University Community Association, Irvine CA Village-One and Village-Two. Approx. 50 % of the home owners voted. Others did NOT vote for any candidates for whatever excuse they may have in their minds to ... justify NON-PARTICIPATION. A Few ballots were disqualified for various technical reasons.
University Park Community Association concluded the elections today for two of their Board members. As per the HOA Elections, the Inspector of Election and election administrator, announced that quorum requirements had been met. HOA Elections proceeded to count the ballots. I commend all participating VOTERS for trusting someone who is ready to take the hot seat and volunteer to serve the Board. These Board and Committee members dedicate lot of time and effort for the Community
I always have great respect for the people who simply ... VOTE.
