Third Annual Orange County NY Human Rights Summit - November 14, 2007

The third annual Orange County, NY Human Rights Summit which is being co-sponsored by the Orange County Legislature, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Orange County Human Rights Commission, and Orange County Employment & Training, is schedule for November 14, 2007 at the new Homewood Suites by Hilton at Stewart International Airport in New Windsor, NY. It is schedule to start at 8:00 AM and end at 1:00 PM.

The summit will focus on Employment and Workforce Diversity in Orange County, NY. The sponsors hope this summit will assist employers in attracting and retaining the best talent from Orange County's diverse workforce. The summit's agenda will consist of a keynote speaker, workshops, discussions and will conclude with an Employment Resource Fair.

To register for the summit, please contact the Orange County Chamber of Commerce at (845) 457-9700. The registration fee is $20 per person. Registration includes a light breakfast which will be served from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

This sounds like a valuable meeting. It is important employers learn to made use of Orange County's diverse population.

Rosario - The leadership of the county realizes the value in attracting qualified residents for positions of employment within the county. This summit is one way to do exactly that.

I hope it turns out to be a great success!
