What are you looking for when it comes to real estate information?

You expect one important factor, the real estate website to be responsible. Responsibility is a must, once a publishing real estate website is informed of “inappropriate material, disparaging material, and false material”. Responsibility should fall directly on the real estate websites license to publish other material, there needs to be protection from a real estate website allowing hate groups to exist.

A real estate website offering robust real estate information is like a big city. Obviously there needs to be rules which will ensure fairness for all.  Just like a big city, policing is a must to ensure compliance. Fortunately most real estate websites have certain policies in place ensuring everyone has a fair shot. Unfortunately we have a few real estate websites willing to risk it all under false pretenses, not playing by the rules and definitely trying to game consumers, and real estate professionals.

To ensure a fair environment and receive “real” solid real estate information, stay away from “any”  anonymity, don't take advice from someone who's not willing to share who they are.
