They expect us to be trustworthy.
They want someone that they can count on and that puts their interest above ours.
They are expecting us to communicate with them in a timely fashion and to keep them informed.
Customers are expecting us to successfully fill full our obligation to them and fix any problems that arise.
They hired us as a professional and are expecting us to live up to that expectation.
When you meet and exceed your customer’s expectations everyone comes out a winner.
