I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family, it sounds like a blast. *knock on wood* -> Glad you can go this year!
Oh Mary...ENJOY! I remember my first trip to Leavenworth. I was a kid and we lived in Seattle (actually, Bellevue) at the time. Brother and I were bugging mom and dad to "take us to the snow!" We spent the day driving up, touring the little Bavarian town, playing in the snow, etc., then coming home that afternoon. Wouldn't you know it...when we got home, we had about 6 inches of snow at home. Wasn't typical..... Enjoy the trip!
You have a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday. I'm going to Colorado Springs. My mother in law is flying in and we are staying at The Broadmoor. It's a tradition. I can't wait.
Debbie looks like you have an enjoyable Thanksgiving plan.
Karen your story reminded me of my childhood in Europe, when we as children spent the whole day in the snow and at the evening went into the house completely frozen but happy. I hope that we will have snow in Leavenworth next week. Let's hope that meteorologist are right this time hahaaha.
Bud and Beth wish you to spend holidays with joy and happines with your loved ones.
Now I am running to see my nutricionist to get some good advice before all that good food come forward.
