Isn't it amazing how our society has moved toward those 4 bedroom homes. When I was growing up a 3 bedroom home was a big deal. We had one once we moved to Florida and I thought it was really neat, my very own bedroom without my kid brother in it!

Hi Barbara-Jo & Marge - Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my market report. 4 bedroom homes are a very popular option here, particularly since we tend to have basements, many of which are finished and usually include at least one bedroom - very convenient for when guests come to visit. The biggest segment of the market is still 3-bedroom homes though.
