Hi Graham, I have been seeing your signs more and more out here in my neck of the woods. Good for you. How is life? I seem to always be on the computer, working with way too many companies!!! I am working on my Brokers license right now, too fun. I have had a couple of interesting career propositions lately!!!! Thought it would be time to get my Brokers license.
Do you still have that investor that wanted to buy Alder Circle? We are still trying to sell it. My client has beat herself up so many times for not accepting your offer. If you could see what you could do, we would appreciate it....

I am in Salina, KS and what you are probably looking at with the description you listed above is getting approx $1000/acre when all said and done. I have seen some go on at $1200/acre but that is where it begins. I hope this was helpful and would love to help your friend if they still need assistance. Let me know!
