Moldy Moldy Moldy!

A First For Me! Moldy ... Moldy ... Moldy!A First For Me!  Moldy ... Moldy ... Moldy!

Received a new assignment for an REO ... Yeah!

Love those listings ... they pop in and we sell them!  Usually that is the case!

Not today!  Today we got "Moldy... Moldy ... Moldy!"
A First For Me! Moldy ... Moldy ... Moldy!
In all my years I haven't seen such a bad case.  I'm quite interested to see what the professional say about this one.  the mold is so bad it's even growing on the cabinets and the asset preservation company told me that they see a marked increase since they first visited the house  a few weeks ago.

It's gonna be a good one!

Moldy equals low price, cash buyer, make sure the REO company lowers the price quickly before it sits on the market all winter and gets even MOLDIER! Great post!

Hi Lisa, be careful, try not to go inside and when you have to... maybe wear a mask, you're health is more important.  Good luck.

I agree with Christine.  I think when they have this much mold that all agents should be cautioned ahead of the showing.  They themselves or their clients my be highly allergic.

Hi Lisa...Moldy sounds scary to me.  Is this something that will be corrected before the house is marketed?

Moldy means no financing to be approved, investor coming in and buying cheap.  Wear a mask when entering.

Moldy is caused many times when the home has been vacant during the summer.  This one looks like it's pretty bad.  Saw one last week that was black mold.  We quickly left.
