Thanksgiving - Part I - The Menu

Well, my dear readers, Thanksgiving is almost here.

Normally, the days leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday are a slow time in the Real Estate business.

But, thankfully for me, this year my week is already booked solid!

I have buyers looking for a new home in the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area on Monday, a closing on Tuesday, and Wednesday, I'll be out with my buyer's again.

Thursday, of course is Thanksgiving so I'll be taking the day off. This year is a quiet one, just my daughter Laura and me.

But as I plan the menu, I thought I'd try something different this year.

And Alan.... You must be careful with your measurements! Too much alcohol and the jello refuses to "GEL". It is very scientific ;0) For the record.... I think the fruit slices look pretty yummy!
