Oops I missed last weeks blog. Partly due to Carrice being out sick and partly due to me taking off a couple days. Something’s got to give. But the last 2 weeks were rewarding as 3 of my difficult REO escrows closed. By difficult I mean either title issues or buyer financing issues or a combination of both. I have my 2nd HUD owned property listed for this year. This is a Hale Lani condo. HUD works with an electronic bid system giving owner occupants the first 30 days to bid.
