All of the door hinges and door hardware are bronze.  The antique reproduction cabinetry pulls all of the rooms together like a plot in a good book.  There are dimmers on the recessed lighting in all rooms.  The skylights bring in the magic of the sun and stars and give the home a bright an airy feel.  This home sparkles in the evening.

There is a large loft over looking the living room.  The chandelier commissioned in Spain conveys with the home.  The metal wall sculpture conveys.  The metal wall sculpture is one half of a huge clock that was bombed in World War II.  The owners went to Europe to unearth it and shipped it back to Love Lane for their enjoyment.  The other half of the clock was sold as the head board in their antiques shop.

This home offers security, a 2 zone a/c system, a whole house generator, an on demand water heater, off street parking and is located in an X Zone which means that it has never flooded.  A bank will not require flood insurance for this home.

Hi Maya, what an incredible great room!  Is the half clock the wrought iron half moon piece that is tucked under the gable on the back of the great room wall that overlooks the pool?

I love that small tile in those bathrooms!!!  I am still waiting for a narrated tour!!!  ^_~

Best wishes for a sale for this beautiful and stately residence!!!

Hi Bruce,

The owners purchased the front half of the home for $900,000 and then spent 1 million on the renovation and addition.  Wow!

I put similar tiles on the floor in my shower and they were $1,600!  I cannot imagine the cost of floor to ceiling tiles on all the walls of a bathroom.  Amazing!

The half moon  piece by the pool is smaller and similar but not the other 1/2 of the clock face that is in the living room.  The owners went to Europe and unearthed the clock.  It was bombed during WWII.  Then they shipped 1 half to Key West and the other half to their antique shop.  Pretty cool...

You encourage me to get better all the time!  Thank you for encouraging me!  I have been wanting to get on the other side of the camera but I'm not sure if people want to see or hear me or just look at the home.  My husband thinks they just want to see the house.  All of the real estate coaches say to get in the video!
