Helping Banks Help Sellers Avoid Foreclosure - Will It Work For Springfield MO Short Sales and Foreclosures?

I've been working with Sellers for the past few years avoid foreclosure.  Now it's time to work along side Banks to sellers avoid foreclosure.  Will it work for Springfield Mo Short SalesSpringfield Mo short sales and foreclosures.

Recently I was contacted by a company
to contact homeowners that are late on their payments and urge them to contact the bank to work out a solution that will help them avoid foreclosure.  I am a little skeptical about this working, but if we reach out to these homeowners, it's possible they will work with the bank or decide to short sale their home.

No matter what the results, sitting back and waiting for your home to go to foreclosure is NOT the right thing to do.

We've helped over a 100 distressed homeowners save their home from foreclosure.  Call us today and let us help you.

How true Kay.  Sitting back and letting things happen is never a good option.

So much better to go the short-sale route than go through foreclosure, Kay. Hope this will help a lot more homeowners facing a tough road ahead.

Conrad, after signing up, I've already contacted several homeowners.  I was afraid they would object to my phone calls, but so far they have embraced the fact that I met with them.

Toni, I'm meeting with one tomorrow that is prepared to do the short sale, but the bank wants to try the loan modification first.

Kay:  That's an excellent track record to have & share with sellers. I think it would be hard to 'cold call' these folks but I know that some do.  Others will just do nothing & face a certain foreclosure ignoring letters & calls.

Lyn, I just received 14 leads to call within a 10 day period.......that's 14 sellers that is late on their loans and have not contacted the bank for help.  So far, I have 4 appointments, 1 that says to get lost, one that claims he's not behind, 3 that will call back next week and the rest are not answering their phones.  This might just keep me busy for the winter.

That gets a PAWS applause from one very special Golden Retriever. I hope you and your family have a very special Thanksgiving Day!
