I just got a call from a nice couple who happen to be a professional couple, are preapproved at my preferred lender and have been working with a realtor for a month when they came to the conclusion they needed a new realtor and they called me, Kevin B Tolbert PA, GRI, CDPE.
Here's the story...
The wife called me tonight because THANKS TO ACTIVE RAIN, when you search for Short Sale Specialist of Tradition, Short Sale Specialist Port St Lucie, Jensen Beach, St Lucie West, or Short Sale Specialist Torino, you find me on the top or near the top of any google search.
