I am so gratefull for this news.  I wish Zillow would show me the algorithm they deploy to make their assertions.  I think they keep getting better, even if their just raised zestimate of my house is still 16% below a recent appraisal.

The more important point is that Westfield NJ is brightening, and I am thankful for that.
