Bucks County borders Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties and I live within 10 minutes of the borders of Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties, which are also included in my service area.

We have good public transportation in some parts of Bucks County. There are people who live in Bucks County and work in New York city. You can take the train from Trenton, N.J or bus from Doylestown.

How about one more? Over 55 communities. With no income tax on retirement income, Pennsylvania is a perfect place for someone who is retired to relocate without getting too far from family.

Great resource and I agree with Margaret; with no income tax Buck County will be attractive to seniors.

Gary, Thank you for the comments. Some people are using #4 just to know the prices of homes in their area , though they are not looking to buy. I have seen some prospects have been looking for over a year.
