The Gilbert Arizona Real Estate Market is holding it's own. As you can see the number of listings is up slightly from September. That could be a reflection of our winter season - of which we have many out of town buyers visiting from cold country and looking to purchase a winter home.  Some sellers will wait till our 'winter season' to list this type of property knowing they'll get the most amount of potential buyers over the holiday months of November, December and into the New Year.

Gilbert, AZ Pending sales and Closed Sales are close to the previous month. Looking back a year ago the Gilbert AZ real estate market is much more active this year and sales have continued in an upward pattern. I expect the next three months sales to increase - all things being equal.
