The final part of the first-time home buyer's guide will deal with closing the deal. Hopefully you didn't make a low ball offer and offend the seller. In the process before we need to be negotiable on both parties. The key is to find terms that both of you can agree to so that closing the deal is quick and simple. Put the terms in writing and sign the deal. 

Closing the Deal for First-Time Home Buyer's Guide:

  1. Finalize the purchase and sale contract.
  2. Choose your title company of choice and that will research the title and coordinate the closing.
  3. Get the appraisal done.
  4. Schedule a home inspection.
  5. Start shopping for some homeowner's insurance quotes.
  6. Consider getting the home warranty coverage.
  7. Make your final walk through of the house.
  8. Review and carefully read the closing documents.
  9. Start learing and getting to know the HOA.
  10. Plan the BIG move!
