New Update----- The Parade home has come full circle after selling.  The Realtor and builders in the development were so impressed with the results of staging the home and a quick sale, we ended up moving the furniture two doors down into another vacant home.  I was literally carrying the silk trees out the house when the Realtor came running down the street with his cell phone in hand because the builder two doors down wanted his home stage and stop packing my car.  The same builder had another house across the street and he wanted that home stage with accessories.

Then, last week while I was on vacation, I got a call from the new Homeowner that had moved into the Parade Home.  She was very happy with the staging and wanted me to come back to help her with window treatments.  She had other people contact her regarding window treatments, but she wanted me to come back since I knew the house so well and she loved the decor.

It feels great to have a house come full circle and then some:)  A lot of the times the home sells and you move on, but it was fun to go back. -----  

Update -The builder just called to let me know the house sold and he felt the staging was a large part of how fast the home sold in a neighborhood where there is a lot of competition.

This years Parade of Homes in Raleigh NC was bigger and better than ever.  Here is one of the homes that I had the opportunity to stage.  It is located in Bedford Estates at Falls River in beautiful Raleigh, NC It was fun to work on, because they wanted the works for the house.  Enjoy and I hope to post a few more of the homes.
