All of us had a previous life. This was mine. What was yours?
I was a high end real estate developer on Long Beach Island, a barrier reef off the coast of New Jersey, six miles at sea. This oceanside condo complex, the Breakers, exceeded the height limitation for the town of Beach Haven, on the south end of the island. The town fathers loved the design of the Breakers, and issued the variance.

I look forward to knowing you better. Relationships are everything. Isn't that what makes us successful in real estate?
