We have seen many investors, wanting to close even before the end of the year, and take advantage of the 1/2 year rule for capital cost allowance..

it can be very busy this time of the year.

Hi Peter - that's the same here but maybe with one difference . . . We need lawyers for both buyers and sellers for a sale to close and all the ones here stop working on the 23rd and don't come back til 2012 !

If a person wants to own a new property this year, they need to get their skates on!
