This graph and market report are for single family homes in the Worthington City School District.  There is only a 6 month supply of homes in the area, that is considered a balanced market, neither a sellers market (lots of buyers and  few homes for the buyer to choose from, seller has the upper hand) or a buyers market, (lots of homes for sale, buyer has the upper hand.) 

Inventory is traditionally lower in the third quarter of the year. People take their house off the market for the holidays or because of the weather.  It can be a great time to sell a home because there is less competition.

Worthington homes sold (closed) in October 2011 was up 33.3% from a year ago.

Worthington homes for sale include homes in the cities of Columbus and Worthington, the village of Riverlea and unincorporated areas (Perry or Sharon township) in northern Franklin County.

Homes in the Worthington Corporation Limit, sometimes referred to as "Worthington Proper" include Colonial Hills,  Medick Estates, Old Worthington, Olentangy Hills, Worthington Estates, Worthingway and other neighborhoods.

Riverlea is a small village in the Worthington City School District.  Riverlea has a 43085 mailing address.

Columbus, Ohio 43085 homes in addition to homes in the city of Worthington and the Village of Riverlea, a little piece of Columbus north of 270 and a bit of Columbus west of Olentangy River Road and assorted unincorporated bits and pieces have this mailing address and are in the Worthington City School District. Neighborhoods in addition to City of Worthington properties include neighborhoods such as Deercreek, Olentangy Highlands, Village at Worthington, Worthington Trace,  Worthington Woods and many more neighborhoods.

Columbus, Ohio 43235 homes in the West Worthington area. The zip code has neighborhoods in Columbus and Dublin schools but the largest part of the  43235 neighborhoods are in Worthington City schools including homes in Stilson Highlands, Village at Worthington,  Worthington Hills and the Worthingview neighborhoods among others.

There are also homes in Worthington schools with Dublin, Powell and Westerville addresses, including Olde Sawmill (part of the Olde Sawmill neighborhood is Dublin schools), Seven Oaks, Worthington Highlands and Worthingwoods among others. The neighborhoods are in Columbus or an unincorporated area (either Sharon or Perry Township) and the Worthington City School District.  The school district boundaries in Franklin County were set long before much of this area was developed.
