I like your outline that you are following.  Have you found these post to be helpful in respect to opening a new avenue of home buyers and sellers locating your website.  Do you get any calls or people that have referenced your video blog..... I've been thinking about doing this for months now, but I haven't done it.  Its not something that I want to do just a few times and quit.  I'll be following you and keep up the good work.
