Making Home Affordable will be having a free bi-lingual clinic to help homeowners who are losing their property to foreclosure. This is a free opportunity to meet face to face with a HUD-approved housing counselor, and find out what your options are with your particular lender.
The meeting will be help on December 3rd, 2011 from 9am to 3pm at the Oregon Convention Center: 777 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in Portland, OR 97232
Homeowners in foreclosure are required to bring the following documentation:
- Mortgage statement and information (for each mortgage on the property)
- Two months paystubs for all household members responsible for the mortgage
- Profit and loss statement if self employed
- Last 2 years tax returns (2009 and 2010 preferrably)
- 2 most recent bank statements and a utility bill with your name on it
- Uneployment insurance letter and proof of any other form of income
