- I am interested in foreclosure auctions.
I hear this phrase so often. People come from different states and Canada, and that's what many are looking for... 
- Why foreclosure auctions?
- Because you can buy a great property for pennies.
-And what are you going to do with the property you buy?
- Sell for big bucks.
Hmm, and why is that local investors are so stupid or lazy, or both, that they wouldn't be buying for pennies and selling for big bucks?
Hmm, and why those, who would buy it later for big bucks, wouldn't buy for pennies at the auction themselves?
Hmm, and why is that we, real estate agents, who are supposed to know the values, wouldn't buy for pennies and sell for big bucks?
I know that people come to Florida for its weather...
I know that people are coming to Florida for the Ocean o(r the Gulf)
I know that people are coming for our gorgeous beaches...
But coming for the easy money?
The money ain't growing on trees in Florida...
