What an emergency is...and isn't

Though it's most always defined in tenants' lease agreements (and should be if it isn't), confusion reigns from time to time as said tenants seem to have difficulties in ascertaining what constitutes an emergency...and what doesn't.

In my continuing efforts to get a grasp on this whole video blogging deal, I offer what I hope will be a bit of clarification on the issue.

Sorry Dennis * I don't watch video blogs.  My eyes glaze over and the sound confused my dogs.

Short and Sweet * Emergency = FIRE * FLOOD or BLOOD * all else needs to be reported to me via e-mail WITH their contact information

Hi, Wallace:  Thank you for stopping by, and Happy Thanksgiving.  Understand... and trust me, the video thing ain't easy.  I've got not real affection for hearing myself talk- so watching myself is no dang fun!

They (whoever "they" are again) say the video's a good thing. so I'm gonna roll with it for a while.  I think I'm getting better as I tweak things, but we'll see...
