From my house to yours, Happy Thanksgiving!
It has been a very wet nasty couple of days here in the Portland area, so when I opened my eyes and saw the clouds hanging low in Pete's Mountain from my bedroom window, the sun peeking out, it gave me just another thing to be thankful about today. May the sun shine for you and those you love today as well as you enjoy this day of thanks.
Hi Greg, eat pork you say? LOL. I always try not to over indulge...but then a couple hours after the main meal there is that dessert that calls. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Hi Kathy, oh well, the sunshine was short lived...but this is Portland, so I'm thankful that I was up to enjoy it while it was here! This is what my view looks like now.

Hi Evelyn, Back to raining here again....oh well..guess I'll just have to enjoy the inside today. It's just going to be my family (two older sons and my MIL) joining hubby and me. The rest of our families are mostly on the east coast..but some have joined us on this side of the country in Cali and Seattle. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi Patricia, thank you much! We did have a nice and quiet Thanksgiving with just my hubby and I, our two sons...my younger sons girlfriend and my Mother in law. In fact..I just ate some yummy leftovers for dinner today.

Hi Maureen, not to long after I wrote that post...the rain came down..sigh. Yesterday and today were really nice days....now if we could go through the winter with these kind of days, I wouldn't mind! I just enjoyed some leftovers today..probably the last good day before I have to get in and clean em out of my fridge.
