Looking at JUNK may be worth a commission

Real Estate Agent with REMAX Benchmark

Taking a an hour or so going to garage sales may not be so bad. My wife and I will sometimes stop at garage sales on our way to do an open house. We will  introduce ourselves and give them a card and a granola bar, look at their stuff and sometime find something we can't live without and get around to asking if they are planning to sell soon.

A couple of weekends ago we did that and got a response... "if I can find the right house I'll sell"  DING,DING DING.

We wrote an all cash offer today.

I always hit the garage sales, you just never know what treasure you'll find.  Can you explain the granola bar? Is your card taped to it?

The granola bar is better than a candy bar in the morning and also better to give to kids. and we do staple our card to them.
