The greater Orlando market, much like many other real estate markets across the country, is facing a downward slide that has yet to level off.  It will continue to drop well through the end of next year, with no end in sight.    In this week's report, we'll discuss the variety of auctions available to those trying to sell their home fast, as well as their impact on neighborhood prices and the market as a whole.
