Joyce Marsh wins 2011 "Best Luxury Property Marketing" Award
November, 2011 - Top luxury real estate professionals from across the U.S. and Canada gathered in at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel to compete for "best in the business" marketing awards at Leaders in Luxury (LIL), a networking symposium for upper-tier Realtors hosted by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM).
Joyce Marsh, Broker Associate at Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, Florida, was recognized at the Luxury Event, as the 2011 Award Winner for the "Best Luxury Property Marketing".
Marsh's entry was chosen based on the quality, creativity, and appropriateness for the luxury home niche. Judging was done by an independent advertising and marketing professional. Her marketing included a combination of stellar photography, internet marketing, print advertising, blogs, as well as social media and very creative ideas about bringing this exceptional property to the forefront in the marketplace.
