No this is not as odd as it sounds. What am I talking about, seeing Freds? It is based upon a great book, The Fred Factor. A Fred could be female or male, it is someone that cares about the experience of others. On our Thanksgiving trip, we saw several Freds. We saw Freds at Delta and we really experienced Freds at National Rent a Car. They went above and beyond and made renting a car so much more. We apprecited the Atlanta National team and will think of them first next time when we rent a car. The interesting thing is that being a Fred doesn't take all that more effort and can be done without even spending a penny. What could you do to improve the experience of others? How do you see more Freds? You will see more if you are a Fred yourself.
I'd suggest that you pick up this great book. It is an easy read and pass it along too.
