Light SaberI don't know what it is about a visual or audio blurb you hear along the way either from TV a movie, something you read or saw in a magazine, a book, on the web or from a person but sometimes these visuals and words STICK.

So is it with any of us being fence sitters in life too long. Pondering something can be prudent of course but over pondering something you just get stuck.

Whether it is a life decision or in the case of real estate with homebuyers today adding up all the variables (surely it can't be interest rates, as they are eye popping low) but here is some

Gary: Great, great advice and not just for fence-sitters! I have seen more and more people out there "Trying" to sell overpriced real estate--they take listing after listing and work their fannies off "Trying" to get showings and offers and maybe, just maybe a deal! When that deal never comes their way, there they go..looking for more of the same kind of seller--the one who does an agent no favor by allowing them to over-price the home...playing in the same game called "Trying" to sell a home!! Perfect post for this "after Turkey Day" day!!!
