Candy - I hope so.  It is actually owned by one of our agents.  Thanks for taking a minute to comment on it.  Have a great week!

Wow! That's a TALL house! Is it common for you all to have homes with so much brick work? Man, I haven't seen so many bricks on a house since I lived in Chicago!....

RICH - Yes, this is a relatively common look for a new or newer home with a brick veneer here in Austin.  I never really thought about it.  It's funny to hear an outside observation.  Thanks for checking it out.

It's just a veneer? Not a complete brick structure?

Jason, nice looking house and good listing -- I am sure that this will sell quickly.  Within the Capital Beltway, this would easily top $750K, if not pushing $1M.  BTW, whose car is in the driveway?

Rich - It might actually be a true brick house. They don't have earthquakes in Texas.

Nice listing Jason.

RICH - It is brick veneer (i.e. one layer of brick on the outside).

BRIAN - I am not surprised about the pricing there in your area.  As for the vehicle, that belongs to the listing agent (who is also the owner in this case).  She works for our company.  I may recommend re-shooting that photo.

RYAN - Thanks.  I hope it sells quickly.  This home is brick veneer, not a true brick structure.  That is the case with all brick homes here in Texas (that I am aware of).

Well, that's the most brick veneer I've ever seen! Usually, they only use it on the lower portions, just below the windows...

KATERINA - With the exception of the hills here, I am sure you could find many homes like this in the Houston area.  Thanks for commenting!
