8 Comments on Do you know a “levanter”?
Good Morning, James. I have known a few of these in my time. I call them by what they are - deadbeats...
Good morning James.
One of life's lessons is to have the experience levanter.
Have a nice day.
Hi James - They are also leaving homes behind after they disappear.
Unfortunately, being a levanter in this society has become an entitlement. Just turn on a TV or radio or view a billboard, you see lawyers advcating bankruptcy or some company volunteering there services, for a large fee, to reduce your credit card debt or negotiate a reduction of your federal taxes.
If this is not entitlement, why do we have businesses, for substantial profit, forming to take advantage of it? We, as a society, have become soft and entitled to spend more then we can afford and then be excused from the payment. Glad I am getting older, if I was youonger I would be mad as hell instead of just disgusted.
Yes, I know some levanters... #$%&^%$#@@!!! and unfortunately, I am the levantee!
James ....I showed a house last week where the owners were "levanters" ....you are probably right about it being an affliction.....
Have a great day!
I would bet levanters might be fearful and angry at their situation.
Hi James - I have seen levanters, and some may really have no choice with their current situation.
