Town Square Neighborhood, Livermore, CA 94551Norfolk Rd.
Livermore, CA 94551

Built before data was collected in a common MLS, the information on this section of town isn’t clear cut. But the majority of information label these homes built from 1959-1970 to be the Town Square subdivision. Sketchy details exist about the builder, but some list it as Elliott. The neighborhood is located south of Portola and east of Murrieta Blvd.

Most homes are one story with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car garages. There are a handful of 2 bedroom, 1 bath homes, still with 2 car garages. Lot sizes range from 6000 to 9000. The majority of these homes have square footage between 1040 and 1575. Over the years though, many have been expanded from the original floor plans and there are homes in this area up to 2000 sq. ft., some even two story now.

There is no HOA for this neighborhood.

Karen, this is a wonderful way to decribe a geographic neighborhood with all the broad details.  It gives the reader a sense of the space and size relationships describing a nice community.   I would love to have seen another picture or two, but that is just me.  Great post.
