Peter and Linda, it's interesting to think about the different aspects of lifestyle change when we move. The changes definitely make me take pause and stay where I am for the present.
Peter and Linda I like the way you gave consumer much to think about; both positive and negative. Moving to a condo from a single family is a big change. Many doing this like the idea of not having the yard work.

it is a big change to move from a house in to suite or townhome, and it does take a fair bit of adjusting.

I had not heard the term Strata before for condos.

Strata's refers to the "strata property laws" in place in BC, they cover a number of property types including Condominiums and is form of shared ownership (in the common areas)
