Fall In Orange County

Ok this fall has not been a barn burner in Orange County

The statistics out of DataQuick and its analysts at DQNews the most current buying trends by tracking 98 out of the 100 largest real estate markets.  They use this data as a benchmark nationally.  It shows prices down and sales down.

Clear Capital analysts' again shows a weak market.  Western U.S. prices fell at a 5.5 percent annual rate.  That would be the worst decline in the U.S.

As consumer confidence continues to suffer we are going to see the market continue to drop.  Nothing in the near term would seem to be there to change the market at this time.

As you can see in my previous blog on the market conditions for Orange County we are seeing a downward trend in prices and sales volume.

Tim a recent Register newspaper article talked about the significant migration from Orange County back to Mexico. Just wondering want kind of trickle down effect that will have on transactions and prices?
