You will find no other action that will ever compare to living each day in gratitude. Gratitude touches the soul expanding out to benefit and changes your world and you circumstances in ways that are beyond and that go deeper than any form of self- improvement technique or motivational moments that go fleeting by without substance.
When you awake in the morning think of all that you are grateful for and carry that with you throughout your day. This will bring marvelous changes to your world and the way that you view your circumstances. Gratitude expands your awareness and inspires you to do more with your life. Gratitude is the magic tool to make you grow, to expand you vision and your purpose. Start a gratitude journal. People who have gratitude journals accomplish more, feel more and heal more than those who don't. There are amazing benefits to an attitude of gratitude.

I can not hear nor sing this song without tears streaming down my face. We sing this song in Church. This song inspires me to do my best, to be grateful for each moment I am alive, to be grateful for my family, my beautiful children and my loving husband. It causes unconditional love to flow through me as I pass a beggar on the road and empty out my pocket of change into his hand without judgment, without ridicule and filled with love knowing that all things are as they are for a reason and perhaps that beggar was placed on my path to see if I would but live my words. Feeling grateful just to be able to give back and pay it forward to all who cross my path in life is very empowering. My journey takes me across multitudes of spaces and places, along rivers of emotions and streams of enlightenment and one such journey has been blogging on Active Rain. I have been blessed for with many talents that I am compelled to share and to which I may bless the lives of my friends and associates here on the Rain.
