Helotes is a terrific area of San Antonio Cathy.  For a minute I thought you had said that Cedar Springs had homes in the 1 million price point and a $48,000 listing, lol :)!  I was headed out to snap that one up myself if it was in that subdivision, lol :)!  Great market report for the area Cathy!
