Fairfax County, Virginia homes sales for October 2011 reflect a soft market that is trending slightly upwards in sales price, while at the same time seeing a slight decrease in inventory. Non-single family homes (to include townhomes and condo-style garden apartments) showed the highest gain with an 8.3% increase in sales price.
