8 Comments on Cyber Monday Doesn't Mean you Get All Your Deals Online
Wouldn't that be a great gift Ed? Incomplete offers are a sign that even the Buyer agent doesn't believe in it!
Good advice Ed! And I will not be shopping online today but will instead ensure that I see my completed paperwork is submitted and received by the other parties to get to closing. It's going to be a great week and shopping will have to wait unless it is home shopping...!
Ed, I can't tell you how many times I've received offers on my listings with blank spaces or inaccurate info, it just drives me up a wall...I can understand a low ball offer and deal with that, but incomplete paper work is just lazy and unprofessional
Ed come on now, where is you sense of the season, don't you know that everyone is out to give things away on Cyber Monday, including houses :) :) :)
Good morning Ed; some agents are just lazy, but hey, it's something to work on. Now you need to crank it up a notch and get that offer up to Parr.
Hello Ed ~ This type of agent drives me up a wall. What kind of service are they giving the clients? NONE in my opinion and it makes it harder for us that do the work properly to un-train buyers that have been with agents that haven't educated them on how to buy a home and get the deal they want.
Ed - I remember Crazy Eddy, "I'm so crazy, I'm giving it all away..."! No, you won't see many sellers doing that even in desperate times.
I never even knew there was such a day! LOL
