Only the construction of a new Krum ISD elementary school separates the 2 builders. Estimated completion of the new school is 2008. Estimated completion of Eaglechase (Ryland) and Saddlebrook (HMH) is 18 months to 2 years. Who will finish first?? Is this town big enough for both builders. What effect will Rayzor Ranch retail center have on the entire town of Krum, Texas?
