Seniors in Central Minnesota: Take The Survey

The Central Minnesota Council on Aging (CMCOA) wants your help to decide waht services are import for the Older Americans Act funding.

CMCOA has created a short survey for older adults and service providers. Go to CMCOA.org to take the survey or just click the link above.

The survey is available through December 2011 - but do it today so you don't forget!

All older adults who take the survey on-line are eligible to win one of two $50 Visa gift cards.

If you prefer to receive a paper survey, contact Gail Swanson at 320-253-9349 or gail@cmcoa.org.

The Central MN Council on Aging's address is 1301 West St. Germain, Suite 101, St. Cloud, MN 56301.

It is important that we get the needs addressed for transportation, housing, etc. And this is a great opportunity for you to provide your input.
